Once you are assigned a cabin, you will receive a confirmation letter. After that, a few things will happen. Within a few days, all assigned cabins will receive an email with the link to the required travel insurance and all the important information about it (see FAQ and Protocols if you have questions). Within a few weeks, you will be contacted via your preferred method by one of our team. You can set up a payment plan for the remaining cruise fare, discuss what pre-events in Tampa you may want information on, as well as and flight and hotel details with which we can assist. Along the way, you will get updates via the preference you set up with your advisor. The Expedia Cruises West Orlando office will be handling cruise follow-ups. Their number is 407.603.0703.
